Bradford Dragons Basketball Club are pleased to announce that Allie Fullah has committed to a second season in the Dragons Den.
The 6’8” former England under 20’s international has an impressive resume in the sport, having won back to back US championships with the College of Central Florida before signing for National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) division one school Charleston Southern.
Fullah joined Bradford for the start of the 2018-19 season and after a slow start to his Dragons career he gradually began to impose his claim for regular court time, averaging 7 points and 6.1 rebounds per game.
Coach Mellor said of Fullah’s signing, “Allie coming back is big for us as he provides rim protection, rebounds and a physical presence around the basket.
“He’s come back in great physical condition and his overall energy and enthusiasm really help the team.”
And the player himself couldn’t be happier to be signing for another season. “I’m happy to be back for another year with the Bradford Dragons. I like the team, I like the coach, I like the fans and the new balls are alright too.”
What more could he possibly want?
